Returns Policy

We hope that you won't need to return an item, however, if you do it is our aim to make the process as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Returns Policy

Downlighting.net allows for a 7 day period from the day the items are despatched for you to return unwanted goods for. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form. Anything over the 7 day period which is returned will be issued with a 20% re-stocking fee.

Certain items are excluded from the returns policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements.

To return an item you must email sales@downlighting.net with your order number and details of the items you will return.

Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Faulty Goods

If you purchased the item more than 7 days ago and it has proven to be faulty or if the item has already been installed, email us at sales@downlighting.net for further advice.

Damaged in transit

Goods received in a damaged or un-satisfactory condition must be signed for as such by the customer.
